- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the garlic mixture over them.
- Add chicken broth to the bottom of the dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve garnished with fresh herbs and a drizzle of pan sauce.

- For added flavor, marinate the chicken in the garlic mixture for at least 1 hour before cooking.
