- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Mix until fully combined, but do not overmix.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.

- For a variation, you can add chopped spinach or feta cheese.
- Serve with marinara sauce and spaghetti for a classic dish.
