- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, cooking until fully browned.
- Spread the tater tots on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once the tater tots are done, layer the seasoned ground beef over them.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beef.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese melts.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.
