Instructions

- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar. Whisk until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until fully incorporated.
- Fold in white chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool completely before removing from the pan.
- Once cooled, cut into squares and decorate with black icing to create ghost shapes.
