Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard evenly over the pastry.
  4. Layer the sliced ham evenly on top of the mustard.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the ham.
  6. Roll the pastry tightly into a log.
  7. Slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  8. Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
