- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until onion is translucent.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, uncooked macaroni, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
