Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add elbow macaroni and reduce heat to a simmer.
- Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until macaroni is tender.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
