- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until beef is browned and onion is translucent.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
- Add mixed vegetables, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Add elbow macaroni and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
