- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each.
- Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip and add cheese slices. Grill for another 3-4 minutes for medium doneness.
- Meanwhile, toast the burger buns on the grill until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers: spread mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup on the bottom bun. Add lettuce, a patty, tomato, and onion.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
