Ingredients

- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Incorporate ground beef; cook until browned.
- Add carrots and celery; cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning.
- Season with salt and pepper; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add frozen mixed vegetables; cook for an additional 10 minutes.
