- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 egg

Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 1 inch thick.
- Add patties to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Remove from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
