- 500g lean ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into four patties.
- Cook the patties in the skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the sauce by mixing Greek yogurt and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Once the patties are done, assemble your wrap by placing a patty on a lettuce leaf.
- Add avocado, tomato, cucumber, and a drizzle of the yogurt sauce.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños to the turkey mixture.
- You can substitute turkey with lean beef or chicken.
- Try different sauces like salsa or tahini for variation.
