Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, oats, onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
- Add egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme. Mix until well combined.
- Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Fill each muffin cup with the meat mixture, pressing down gently.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the muffins are cooked through.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider incorporating shredded carrots or zucchini.
- Top with additional ketchup or a barbecue sauce before baking.
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
