- 1 cup diced onions

- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup green beans, chopped
- 1 cup pasta (small shape)
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add onions and garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent.
- Add carrots, celery, and zucchini. Cook for 5 minutes until vegetables soften.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, green beans, and Italian seasoning.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
