Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Mix well to combine.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
