Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 oz pasta (your choice)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until onion is translucent.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer and let cook for 15 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Mix well to combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.

- For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
