- 1/2 cup toasted pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
- While the sprouts are roasting, combine balsamic vinegar and honey in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to a simmer and reduce for about 5-7 minutes until thickened.
- Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and drizzle with the balsamic reduction.
- Garnish with toasted pecans and Parmesan cheese before serving.
