- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 small phyllo pastry cups
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread shrimp on a baking sheet and roast for 8-10 minutes until opaque.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, bell peppers, green onions, and dill.
- Fill phyllo cups with a generous spoonful of the cream cheese mixture.
- Top each cup with roasted shrimp.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes to warm through.
- Garnish with extra dill before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add cayenne pepper to the shrimp.
- Experiment with different fillings in the phyllo cups.
- Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.
