  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread shrimp on a baking sheet and roast for 8-10 minutes until opaque.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, bell peppers, green onions, and dill.
  5. Fill phyllo cups with a generous spoonful of the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Top each cup with roasted shrimp.
  7. Bake for an additional 5 minutes to warm through.
  8. Garnish with extra dill before serving.
