Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 2 minutes to create a roux.
  4. Slowly whisk in the milk, ensuring no lumps form. Cook until the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  6. Remove from heat and gradually mix in the cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  7. Combine the cheese sauce with the cooked macaroni. Mix thoroughly.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  9. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs with olive oil and sprinkle over the macaroni mixture.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
