- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, over low heat, combine the white American cheese and Monterey Jack cheese.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir until the cheese is melted and smooth.
- Add in the diced green chilies and tomatoes, stirring to incorporate.
- Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt. Mix well.
- Continue cooking on low heat until the dip is heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or as a topping for nachos.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add jalapeños or use pepper jack cheese.
