Ingredients

- 6 chicken thighs, skinless
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Place chicken thighs in the crock pot.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, remove chicken and reduce the sauce on the stove.
- You can add vegetables like broccoli or carrots in the last hour of cooking.
- Serve with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
