Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs, skinless
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  3. Place chicken thighs in the crock pot.
  4. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix with the sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

  • For a thicker sauce, remove chicken and reduce the sauce on the stove.
