  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  3. Marinate chicken in the honey garlic mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add marinated chicken to the skillet, cooking for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Pour remaining marinade into the skillet. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Remove chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
  8. Slice chicken and serve with sauce drizzled on top, garnished with green onions.
