Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread shrimp on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
- In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
- Once shrimp are done, remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Stuff each shrimp with the cheese mixture and top with breadcrumbs.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until breadcrumbs are golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add cayenne pepper to the shrimp mixture.
- Serve with a dipping sauce like cocktail sauce or aioli.
- Can substitute shrimp with chicken or vegetables for variations.
