Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread shrimp on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
  4. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
  5. Once shrimp are done, remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  6. Stuff each shrimp with the cheese mixture and top with breadcrumbs.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until breadcrumbs are golden.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add cayenne pepper to the shrimp mixture.
  • Serve with a dipping sauce like cocktail sauce or aioli.
  • Can substitute shrimp with chicken or vegetables for variations.
