Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Using a cookie scoop, portion dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are set but centers are still soft.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to the dry ingredients.
