Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced jalapenos (fresh or pickled)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips for coating
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Mix until well blended and smooth.
- Shape the mixture into a ball.
- Roll the cheese ball in crushed tortilla chips until fully coated.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Serve with extra tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
- For a milder flavor, remove seeds from jalapenos.
- Can substitute cheddar with pepper jack for extra spice.
- Garnish with additional green onions before serving.
