Description
Jalapeno popper deviled eggs combine the classic taste of deviled eggs with the spicy flavor of jalapeno poppers.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1–2 jalapenos, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chives, for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of cold water, bringing it to a boil, then covering and removing from heat for 12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in an ice bath for 5 minutes, then peel and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, cream cheese, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mash and mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a piping bag for a professional finish.
- Garnish with chopped chives.
