- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2–3 jalapenos, diced (seeds removed for less heat)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
- Add the diced jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper to the mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper, then mix until well incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and smooth the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

- For extra flavor, consider adding crumbled bacon or diced tomatoes.
- Serve with tortilla chips, bread slices, or vegetable sticks.
