Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add cubed meat to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread marinated meat onto skewers, leaving some space between pieces for even cooking.
  5. Place skewers on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until meat is browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve with pita, rice, or grilled vegetables.
