- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and butter over medium heat until it simmers.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped white chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Add lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or until firm.
- Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Coat the truffles in crushed graham crackers, then dust with powdered sugar.
- Chill the truffles again for 30 minutes before serving.
