  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add bell peppers and carrots; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add snow peas and cooked chicken; stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked lo mein noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; toss to combine.
  7. Stir in chopped green onions; cook for 1 minute.
  8. Plate the lo mein, garnishing with additional green onions if desired.
