Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups frozen diced hash browns
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, hash browns, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in half of the cheddar cheese, half of the bacon, and half of the green onions.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
