- 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 2 cups frozen diced hash browns
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, hash browns, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in half of the cheddar cheese, half of the bacon, and half of the green onions.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
