- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk for 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in milk, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cheddar, Gruyère, and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Combine cheese sauce with macaroni in a large bowl.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with breadcrumbs, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
