Marry Me Salmon is a flavorful dish combining salmon with a rich, creamy sauce and fresh herbs.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then sear them for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
  4. Remove the salmon and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Deglaze with white wine, scraping the bottom of the pan.
  7. Stir in heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Add fresh herbs and mix well.
  9. Return the salmon to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and transfer to the oven.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
