- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt

- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Pour the egg mixture into the meat mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Optionally, serve with marinara sauce and garnish with extra parsley.
