Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream.
  3. Add the diced green chilies, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and stir in the chopped cilantro.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
