- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can diced green chilies (4 oz)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream.
- Add the diced green chilies, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and stir in the chopped cilantro.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add jalapeños or use pepper jack cheese.
- Garnish with additional cilantro or diced tomatoes for added color.
- This dip can also be made in a slow cooker for a more hands-off approach.
