- 1 1/4 cups of warm water

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix masa harina, salt, and warm water until a smooth dough forms.
- Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them into disks.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each disk for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
- In a separate pan, sauté onions in vegetable oil until translucent.
- Add black beans and cook until heated through.
- Layer the beans, cheese, and cilantro on one side of each tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook for an additional minute until the cheese melts.
- Serve warm with salsa or guacamole.
