Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle diced bell peppers, green onions, and olives over the cheese spread.
  4. Starting from one edge, tightly roll each tortilla into a log.
  5. Wrap each log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Once chilled, remove plastic wrap and slice each log into 1-inch pinwheels.
  7. Arrange on a serving platter and garnish as desired.
