- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers

- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle diced bell peppers, green onions, and olives over the cheese spread.
- Starting from one edge, tightly roll each tortilla into a log.
- Wrap each log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Once chilled, remove plastic wrap and slice each log into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Arrange on a serving platter and garnish as desired.

- For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños to the filling.
