Ingredients

- 2 cups tapioca flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup grated cheese (preferably mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 cup cooked minced beef
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, combine milk, oil, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add tapioca flour. Stir until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the grated cheese, cooked minced beef, black pepper, and paprika.
- Grease a muffin tin or small baking molds.
- Fill each mold with the mixture, leaving some space at the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
