Description

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine milk, oil, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and add tapioca flour. Stir until combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in the grated cheese, cooked minced beef, black pepper, and paprika.
  6. Grease a muffin tin or small baking molds.
  7. Fill each mold with the mixture, leaving some space at the top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
