  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic; sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in minced beef, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook until beef is browned and cooked through.
  5. Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
  6. Place beef mixture on tortillas and fold.
  7. Serve with chimichurri and garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add chopped jalapeños to the beef mixture.
