Description
Minced beef tucumanas served with chimichurri.
Ingredients

- 500g minced beef
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Stir in minced beef, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until beef is browned and cooked through.
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
- Place beef mixture on tortillas and fold.
- Serve with chimichurri and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add chopped jalapeños to the beef mixture.
- You can use corn tortillas for a gluten-free option.
- Chimichurri can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
