Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add butter and mix until crumbly.
  3. Stir in ice water until the dough forms. Chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut into small circles to fit mini tart pans.
  5. In another bowl, mix apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and brown sugar.
  6. Fill each tart shell with the apple mixture.
  7. Brush edges with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Cool before serving.
