- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pure mint extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Green food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, mint extract, and vanilla extract until the sugar dissolves.
- If desired, add a few drops of green food coloring and stir until blended.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Once chilled, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- During the last few minutes of churning, add the chocolate chips.
- Transfer the churned ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours to firm up.
