Description
A refreshing mojito cocktail, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges
- 2 tablespoons white sugar, or to taste
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 1/2 ounces white rum
- 1/2 cup soda water
Instructions
- Muddle mint leaves and 1 lime wedge in a sturdy glass to release mint oils.
- Add 2 more lime wedges and sugar, muddle again to release lime juice.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour rum over the ice.
- Top with soda water and stir well.
- Garnish with the remaining lime wedge and mint sprig.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by varying the sugar amount.
- For a stronger mint flavor, gently bruise the mint leaves.
- Try using flavored rum for a twist on the classic mojito.
