Ingredients

- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 1 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 oz gouda cheese, shredded
- 1 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side of one slice, spread cream cheese evenly.
- Layer the cheddar, mozzarella, and gouda cheeses on top of the cream cheese.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich carefully and cook the other side until cheese is melted and bread is golden, about another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
