Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine honey, ginger, turmeric, and cayenne pepper.
- Add warm water and stir until well mixed.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over low heat.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Add the lemon juice and stir well.
- Strain the mixture into a glass jar.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
- Take 1-2 tablespoons as needed for relief.
