Instructions

- Add the cooked sausage, diced vegetables, and half of the cheese to the egg mixture.
- Fold in the cubed sourdough bread and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before plating.
