Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package of cocktail shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package of mini phyllo pastry cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, diced bell peppers, cheddar cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Fill each mini phyllo pastry cup with the cheese mixture.
  4. Place the filled cups on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. While the cups are baking, prepare the cocktail shrimp by tossing them with lemon juice and seasoning.
  6. Remove the cups from the oven and let them cool slightly before garnishing with shrimp.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy your appetizers.
