Delicious no bake pecan coconut praline cookies made with a rich blend of flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, cocoa powder, butter, and milk.
- Heat over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Boil for 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Stir in vanilla extract, chopped pecans, and shredded coconut.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper.
- Allow cookies to cool and set for at least 30 minutes.
Notes
- For a variation, add chocolate chips or dried fruits.
- Consider garnishing with a sprinkle of sea salt for contrast.
