No Bake Strawberry Lasagna: 7 Simple Steps to Happiness

Description

A delicious no bake strawberry lasagna layered with cream cheese, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix well.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  7. Add half of the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
  8. Drizzle half of the strawberry jam over the strawberries.
  9. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe strawberries for better flavor.
  • For a twist, add layers of sliced bananas or blueberries.
  • Garnish with mint leaves for presentation.
