Description
A delicious no bake strawberry lasagna layered with cream cheese, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix well.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Add half of the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Drizzle half of the strawberry jam over the strawberries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for better flavor.
- For a twist, add layers of sliced bananas or blueberries.
- Garnish with mint leaves for presentation.
