Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Cook the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and let it rest.
  4. In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Add the cooked gnocchi and spinach. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Slice the chicken and serve it over the gnocchi. Drizzle with extra sauce and garnish with additional Parmesan if desired.
