- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts with olive oil, then press the cheese mixture onto both sides.
- Place chicken on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Add broccoli and cherry tomatoes around chicken, drizzling with remaining olive oil and seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and crust is golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
