- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
- Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix milk and pour over the meatballs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
- Serve with marinara sauce or as desired.
